Payment

A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking for any service. If your deposit is not paid your appointment will not go ahead. Deposits are to be paid at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Group session deposits are £50 per person.

Any discount applied is at the discretion of Megan of FJÓR Studio, this includes creator discount as seen on social media.

Payment for personal shopping is due before any shoppable links are sent to the client.

Location

I have three locations I can work from. I can hold sessions at my home, however with a young family it is preferable to do this from your location. This is more beneficial as you are in the comfort of your own home. I also do pop-ups in various locations - these are always promoted through my Instagram page, @fjor_studio.

Generally, colour analysis can take place anywhere as long as there is enough light and everyone is comfortable to do so.

Cancellations

Deposits for appointments cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Travel

Travel within Aberdeen City is included. Additional travel can be quoted at £0.55 per mile.

This will be added to the total amount.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without charge.

Refunds

Services are non‑refundable due to the time and preparation involved.

Lateness

Late arrivals may reduce your session time. If you are running late to your appointment please do let me know. If there is a booking after your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and deposit retained.

Digital Deliverables

Digital summaries and shopping lists are delivered within 3–5 working days. Links will only be sent once full payment is made.
